Size and geometry
Define the overall outline, key positions, mounting holes and fit with the equipment panel.
CUSTOM HMI COMPONENTS
Develop a membrane switch around the mechanical, electrical and visual requirements of your equipment—not a generic catalogue format.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A membrane switch combines the printed graphic interface with switching layers, circuit routing, spacer construction, tail termination and adhesive selection. These elements need to be considered together so the final part can fit the equipment and support the intended interaction.
A project can begin with a drawing, an existing sample, interface dimensions, artwork or an application brief. BESVORA organises the available information and coordinates the project from review and prototyping through production and delivery.
Material grades, environmental performance, operating force, life targets and other numerical requirements are confirmed for the individual project after its construction and use conditions are reviewed.
ENGINEERING OPTIONS
Each option is reviewed as part of the complete construction and the customer’s equipment requirements.
Select feedback style and embossing around the required operator action, key size and equipment use.
Review this engineering option →Coordinate the light source, illuminated areas, graphics and layer construction instead of treating lighting as a separate decoration.
Review this engineering option →Review perimeter seals, windows, adhesive interfaces, tail exits and the enclosure together. Final protection depends on the completed equipment assembly.
Review this engineering option →Evaluate shield layers and grounding routes against the electrical design and system-level EMC requirements.
Review this engineering option →Match circuit format, tail geometry, connector interface and assembly support to the available installation space.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Send what is available and the missing items can be identified during clarification.
What the interface controls, where it installs and how the operator uses it.
Overall size, key positions, windows, mounting surface and available space.
Circuit requirements, tail direction, pinout, pitch and connector information if available.
Artwork, colours, symbols, branding and any existing sample or reference image.
APPLICATIONS
Suitability depends on the final construction, equipment interface and customer validation.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Available dimensions, photographs, an existing sample or an equipment description can be used to organise the first review. A controlled drawing is still required before production.
An existing sample, drawing, photo or equipment reference can be reviewed as the starting point. Prototype validation is required before compatibility can be confirmed.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
Start with a short description of membrane switches. Drawings or confidential files can be shared later through business email, WhatsApp or another agreed channel.
