WEBSITE AND PROJECT ENQUIRY DATA
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how BESVORA uses the contact and project information submitted through this website or sent through our business communication channels.
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Who is responsible
BESVORA is operated by the Chinese company 内蒙古贝斯沃拉科技有限公司 (English translation: Inner Mongolia Besvora Technology Co., Ltd.). Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@besvora.com.
Information we collect
The website enquiry form asks for your name, business email, optional WhatsApp number and message. When present in the page link, campaign tags such as source, medium and campaign may also be stored with the enquiry so we can understand which outreach produced it. We may later receive company information, drawings, photographs, samples, specifications, quotation details and correspondence that you choose to provide for a business project.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential technical files through the initial website form.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, maintain project and quality records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Lawful bases
For ordinary business enquiries and project correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers, managing quotations and projects, keeping appropriate business records and protecting the website from misuse. We consider those interests against the rights and reasonable expectations of the people concerned.
Where the person contacting us is entering into a contract in their own name, processing may also be necessary to take steps at that person’s request before a contract or to perform the contract. We may process information where needed to comply with a legal obligation. If we later introduce optional direct marketing that requires consent, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
Who may receive it
Information may be shared with personnel and production, logistics, hosting or professional-service providers only where reasonably necessary for the enquiry or project. Technical information is limited to the scope needed for review and fulfilment.
International processing
BESVORA is based in China. Information that you send to us will therefore be received and processed in China and may also be handled by service providers or project partners in other countries where reasonably necessary. If we disclose personal information to a separate recipient across borders and applicable law treats that disclosure as a restricted transfer, we will use an available lawful mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Appropriate confidentiality and access controls must be agreed before sensitive technical files are exchanged.
Retention and security
We keep initial enquiries for the period reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and project records for the period needed for quotation history, order fulfilment, quality follow-up, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting obligations. The exact period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and on the records involved. We use role-based access, account security, backups and service-provider controls appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies and the lawful basis used, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights are not absolute, and we may retain records required for an active project, contract, legal obligation or legal claim. Send requests to info@besvora.com.
Questions and complaints
Please contact info@besvora.com first so that we can review a privacy question or complaint. If UK data protection law applies and you remain dissatisfied, you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). People in the EEA may contact the data-protection authority in their country.
Cookies and analytics
The current preview does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are introduced, the website will add the appropriate notice and consent controls before they are enabled.

This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or enquiry process changes. The current revision date is shown on this page.
